Say "Boo!" to the Flu
It is that time again. As the weather changes, sniffles, sneezes and coughing abound. The common cold is everywhere but flu season is fast approaching. Say "Boo" to the Flu is a campaign to encourage flu prevention. The CDC recommends the flu vaccine for children from 6 - 18 years old. The Say "Boo" to the Flu website has information about where you can have your child vaccinated before the flu season peaks. Parents will also receive tips to prevent exposure to the flu virus all season. Take a visit to the website and see where an event is happening near you to Say "Boo!" to the Flu!

I got my kids vaccinated. My husband and I are too.
Our local Walgreens has a "shotathon". It's a good idea to be better safe than sorry!
